Body Contouring-$1400 +

Treatment can be done on Belly, Thighs & Butt, Arms & Back. Helps rid cellulite, smooth & tighten skin as well. Available in (6) or (8) session packages.
Nutrition Counseling-$150
Dr. Glaser will tailor a Nutritional plan fit for you based on your Chinese medicine diagnoses . Using food therapy techniques that with assist you with treating your root cause issue in order to get optimal results with your health issues and manage a healthy weight. She may also prescribe an herbal formula or nutritional supplements if she deems necessary but these are optional.
Dance/Fitness classes
Dr. Glaser is also a dance/fitness instructor and has been teaching for over 25 years. Her experience includes performing in a variety of shows and competition teams as well as teaching at gyms like Bally total fitness, World's gym, Shapes, YMCA, Belleair Country club, YouFit , Crunch, The Dance Company, Ignite Dance Company and Powerhouse gym. Her dance/fitness styles include; Hip-Hop, Jazz, Latin, Bellydance, Zumba, Burlesque, Kickbocking, HIIT, Aqua fit & more! She is currently teaching Pop-up classes at the following days, times and locations.
